This classic tiki recipe has been adapted by Chicago’s Three Dots and a Dash to include both bourbon and overproof rum.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz. bonded bourbon
- 1 oz. overproof Jamaican rum
- 1 oz. tangerine juice
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. passion fruit purée
- ½ oz. 2:1 simple syrup
- ½ oz. falernum
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS
In an ice-filled shaker tin, shake all ingredients. Strain over crushed ice into a thistle glass.
