Blackadder Raw Cask Peat Reek 10 year old, 57.2%
Peat smoke, like raking out the kilns, creosote, hickory-smoked bacon fat, ground pepper, cacao beans, sanded oak, and faint lemon aromas. For those speculating on its source, this is peated to 20 ppm. The palate has lemon curd, creamy toffee, After Eight mints, pepper, creamed coconut, smoke, and blackened fruitcake with juicy raisins.
