King of Kings Manhattan

Visitors to New York Distilling Company can enjoy this Manhattan at its in-house bar, The Shanty. It incorporates the distillery’s Ragtime rye, plus two types of vermouth.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Ragtime Rye
½ oz. Punt e Mes vermouth
½ oz. Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry

DIRECTIONS

Stir ingredients over ice until exceedingly well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
