INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz. Troy and Sons White Whiskey
- 1¼ oz. watermelon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. Aperol
- Soda water
- Garnish: rosemary sprig; lemon wheel
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker tin filled with ice, combine whiskey, watermelon juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, and Aperol and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a lemon wheel.
