Many scotch whiskies are aged or finished in sherry casks, but not all sherry casks are the same. Rachel Barrie, master blender for BenRiach, GlenDronach, and Glenglassaugh, sat down with senior whisky specialist Susannah Skiver Barton to explain the differences between whiskies matured in oloroso versus Pedro Ximénez (PX) casks.
