INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz. Old Forester bourbon
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. white peach purée
- 1 oz. sweet tea
- Garnish: thyme sprig; apple slice
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a mason jar over fresh ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig and an apple slice.
