Zac’s passion for spirits began after taking a trip to Islay, Scotland. After returning to Canada he worked with a team to bring the first cocktail program to Niagara. Now at No. 99 Distillery, Zac couldn’t be happier. “It’s a rare opportunity to be able to hand someone a cocktail and let them know everything in the glass was crafted on site.”
