Jenna Murray
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jenna Murray had spent time behind the bar for over 10 years eventually leading her to some of Chicago’s most glamorous cocktail spots, including serving on the opening team at both The Pump Room and Celeste. Although that’s a resume that any industry vet would be proud of, Murray credits Josh Pearson, current Heritage Manager, and Advocacy leader with Marker’s Mark as the mentor that pushed her to the next level. With his guidance and encouragement, Murray went on to become a Master of Scotch under Pernod Ricard’s umbrella of some of the highest regarded single malt’s in the world. After traveling for a few years from Chicago to other markets to continue educating on single malt whisky and participate in multiple trade shows, she was ready for her next challenge in the spirits world.
Now, she’s the Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard’s entire Portfolio where she has made a significant mark in her home city of Chicago in education and trade advocacy. Murray’s credits include: multiple Speedrack participant, Woman of Whisky feature in Men’s Book Magazine, Whisky Magazine nominee for Whisky Ambassador of the Year, and Trade Advocacy Event Planner of the year internal awards Pernod Ricard. She is extremely proud of the portfolio she works for and can’t wait to share a drink, a dram, and a bit of knowledge with whomever happens to have a seat next to her at the bar.
