This refreshing bramble-style swizzle, created by Mitch Bushell, combinesMaker's Mark with fruit flavors.
INGREDIENTS
- 1⅔ oz. Maker’s Mark
- 1 oz. Shih-chuan mulberry vinegar
- ½ oz. St. Germain liqueur
- 1 dash simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS
Swizzle all ingredients on crushed ice and garnish with pickled blackberries.
For Pickled Blackberries:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- thyme stalks
- blackberries
Bring sugar and vinegar to simmer with a couple stalks of thyme. Allow to cool then combine with blackberries for no less than 30 days.
