Southern Peach Cocktail [Cocktail Recipe]

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz. Old Forester bourbon
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• ½ oz. Aperol
• ½ oz. white peach purée
• 1 oz. sweet tea
• Garnish: thyme sprig; apple slice

DIRECTIONS

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a mason jar over fresh ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig and an apple slice.
