A plentiful nose offers aromas of vanillin, cream soda, marshmallow, and spice drawer notes. A bit hot on the palate, with pleasant notes of hay, blueberry syrup, pepper spice, and chocolate. Fresh orange, coffee, and spice emerge with water, though the wood influence perhaps betrays some youth. Overall this one seems to need a bit more maturity, but still has some well-crafted, balanced flavors.
