From New York-based PM Spirits, this barrel proof, high-rye (36%) bourbon was distilled at MGP in 2015 and bottled at Strong Spirits in Bardstown, Ky. in July 2019. The nose has notes of dried orange, apple strudel, banana custard, and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is gentle, candied, and perfumed, offering flavors of tiramisu and orange marmalade. Finishes with a flourish of quince, crème brûlée, nougat, and pepper spice. (8,196 bottles)
