The second release in Angel’s Envy’s Cellar Collection, this one features 10 year old bourbon finished 10 months in tawny port casks. Pleasant oak and barrel char on the nose underpin playful notes of strawberry, cotton candy, and raisins. The palate is rich, with chocolate-covered mint, figs, and orange. Polished oak, bitter chocolate, red fruits, and blackberry punctuate the finish. A touch of water brings on a burst of flavors. (5,400 bottles)
