Old Oscar [Cocktail Recipe]

Mix up bourbon, amaro, chili liqueur and Campari in this cocktail fromOleanders Restaurant & McCarren Rooftop.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz. Woodford Reserve bourbon
  • ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • ½ oz. Ancho Reyes liqueur
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • 3 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
  • Orange slice

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice.
