This drink was created by Sonny Verdini, bar manager of TRADE in Boston. “The acidity from the lemon provides structure and allows the cinnamon, allspice, ginger, coriander, and orange oil flavors and aromas to shine through in this richly textured cocktail,” Verdini says.
