Tucked in the back of Seven Grand whiskey bar, Bar Jackalope is inspired by the intimate whisky lounges of Japan, with just twelve seats and another dozen on the patio (welcome, cigar smokers). Reservations are available only to members of the bottle keep program, where storing a bottle starts at $250. But the experience of private bar carts that include a full selection of ice, glassware, and mixers may be worth the price of entry.
