Book a reservation to taste five or ten whiskies and earn your degree in the Carmer Spirit Tasting Enhancement Method from owner Adam Carmer or one of his colleagues, each one a human encyclopedia of whisky. Chat with them to determine your flavor profile and they’ll hand-select a personal tasting from 1,800 international whiskies.
